a bundle of chartreuse...

moss covered walls in guildfordi love this colour. a lot. from the bright mossy greens reminiscent of this colours namesake to the more traditional yellow green chartreuse - i like them all. so have added a small bundle of jewels to my shop in these colours:

i really like making these cluster pieces, wrapping the faceted beads in sterling silver wire and trying out different heights of beads to get just the right amount of clusteriness. have also been making cluster necklaces in different shades so will get them posted up in the shop soon (see my orange pips necklace made with little carnelian briolettes in the meantime).

more chartreuse: i've been eyeing up these yummy cowls to help make a recent silly, but rather lovely, purchase a bit more of a useful one. see, i've been lusting after a certain leather jacket (i know, i know, not quite weaned myself of leather yet) and eventually brought it. but it's a bit mini and fitted, meaning that it is just impossible to wear much needed chunky jumpers underneath it. so i'm thinking a cowl might help to insulate my bod until i make it onto the tube:
